HOW TO PREPARE FOR A BECYCLE CLASS?

 

HYDRATE
Drink, drink, drink! We recommend that you hydrate with plenty of water, the key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So make sure to have water before, during and after…..
SNACK
A light snack 30 minutes before your ride will be always good! Be sure to eat something before you exercise.
WHAT TO WEAR
Not sure what to wear? We suggest a tank or t-shirt and form-fitting shorts or pants on the bottom..
ARRIVE EARLY
Come to the studio 15 minutes before class starts. Before your first ride you need to sign a waiver. You will get some information and introduction from a BECYCLE staff which also will help you adjust your bike
SHOES
At BECYCLE our bikes are compatible with SPD clips or running shoes! To maximize the experience, we recommend you clipping for a more stable, safer ride and target the correct muscle groups. If required, we can also recommend you specialized shop
WATER
You WILL need some water during class. We have fresh water available for FREE if you bring along your water bottle and fill it up from our fountains or you can buy a water plastic bottle for 5RMB
BIKE SETUP
If you are NEW to cycling just arrive early and ask one of the BECYCLE staff members for assistance
RIDER SAFETY
Safety first. Like any new fitness routine, consult your doctor before starting up at BECYCLE. Also, if you are new to BECYCLE please let us know – we are happy to answer any questions
